Areas of Ministry
Small Group Ministries - Oversight and development of our Minichurches, E-Teams, WINGS Women's groups,
Affinity based small groups such as our motorcycle fellowship (CBCRiders), CBC G-Team (Golf Team), JOY
(Women's Ministry), Men's Ministries, and others.
Other Ministries - Teaches T.E.A.M. courses, Sunday School, Discipleship and leader training.
Ministry Task - To move the body of Crossroads Bible Church from servants to ministers.
Biography
Mike joined the staff at Crossroads in June of 1998. Prior to coming on staff he was in business for 18 years,
and in the pastorate for 12 years before that. Mike also taught at a Bible College for several years during his
pastoral years.
He is a graduate of John Brown University with a degree in Biblical Studies.
Mike and his wife, Joye, have been married for 29 years. They have two grown children and three
granddaughters. |

Administration - Oversight and development of ministry support activities which ensure the staff and ministries
of CBC have the means of accomplishing their ministry goals. Serves as staff liaison to the Deacons in financial
matters and utilization of the church facilities.
Ministry Task - Teaching and assisting with the college and young adult ministries. Bill also oversees support
ministries internal to the CBC family.
Biography
Bill has been a member of CBC since 1990 and served on the Elder Board for nine years. He has a degree in
Biblical Studies from Mid-South Bible College and served two years in the pastorate after graduation. Bill spent
26 years working for a major consumer products company in a variety of managerial and engineering roles prior
to joining the CBC Staff.
Bill and Jeanette have been married for 32 years. They have two sons, Nathan and Zachary and 4 grandchildren. |
